SECC – ¿Qué es Fascismo y el Nazismo y el Totalitarismo? – En un SECC se identifica psicópatas y sociópatas.
Definición de Totalitarismo: término por el que se conoce a las ideologías, los movimientos y los regímenes políticos donde la libertad está seriamente restringida y el Estado ejerce todo el poder sin divisiones ni restricciones.
Definición del Fascismo: la doctrina del Fascismo nació en Italia, después de la Primera Guerra Mundial. Es un movimiento totalitario y nacionalista. Se basa en la idea de crear un Estado todo poderoso, en donde se pretende que la población de un país no busque nada afuera del Estado. El Gobierno que administra al estado está bajo el poder de un solo partido político. El Estado ejerce su autoridad utilizando la represión, la propaganda, y la violencia. En el Fascismo se pasan leyes raciales para justificar las medidas de persecución y discriminación contra todas las personas que no pertenecen a la supuesta «raza pura».
Una Sistema Económico Consciente con Ciencia tampoco es un sistema totalitario como era manejada Alemania antes de la segunda guerra mundial en donde el gobierno controlaba un montón de cosas sobre la vida privada de las personas. Toma en cuenta que aun la Alemania antes de la segunda guerra mundial, era gobernada por un estado totalitario que aplicaba medidas proteccionistas, sanciones, y embargos, al mismo tiempo era capitalista ya que había un mecanismo de mercado libre.
Definición del Nazismo: la ideología del Nazismo es muy similar a la del Fascismo que se aplicó entre 1933 y 1945, cuando lideraba Alemania el dictador Adolfo Hitler.
Cuando se deja que un psicópata maneje el gobierno, pasa lo que pasó en Alemania con Hitler. Si ya somos conscientes de que un psicópata gobierne el estado, y friegan a las personas, lo más inteligente que se puede hacer es crear una regla para identificar a psicópatas o sociópatas para «hacernos conscientes» de su existencia, para saber quienes son y no permitirles que lleguen al poder. Los psicópatas y sociópatas carecen de consciencia, de empatía y de sentimientos de culpa.

Se destina una gran cantidad de recursos para que científicos mejoren las técnicas para identificar a estos individuos. Según la resonancia magnética funcional, se ha logrado identificar diferencias funcionales en los cerebros de los psicópatas en la corteza frontal y en el sistema límbico.
Lo que conocemos de los psicópatas es que hay más hombres psicópatas que mujeres. También sabemos que existe un factor hereditario que mientras más fuerte es el nivel de psicopatía, mayor probabilidad tiene de que este trastorno de la personalidad sea heredado por sus hijos(por lo que lo ideal sería que los psicópatas no puedan tener hijos, de esta forma cortamos una gran parte de la raíz del problema).

Ahora inclusive hay un término para el gen de los psicópatas, le dicen el psycho gene.» El «psicogen» se le conoce como MAOA (monoamine oxidase A), este «gen guerrero» controla la produción de una proteína que rompe los la producción de una proteína que descompone las sustancias químicas que afectan el estado de ánimo de las personas como son la dopamina, la noradrenalina y la serotonina.
¿Es esto inhumano? ¿Es esto una violación a los derechos humanos? Actualmente en muchos países es obligación que todas las personas tienen que ser vacunadas de ciertas enfermedades, y ahí sí no decimos que es «inmoral obligar a vacunar a las personas.» ¿Qué viola más los derechos humanos, un psicópata que llega a una posición de poder en una corporación, en los policías, en los militares, o en el gobierno que después hace el daño a millones de personas, o identificar a los psicópatas para evitar que hagan daño a millones de personas? Aun que no todos los psicópatas llegan a cometer actos criminales como matar gente, o estafar, lo que por lo que general hacen es aprovecharse de las personas.

Tienen dañada una área del cerebro que se relaciona con recompensa y placer que es más activa en ellos, lo que les hace que busquen lo que más les conviene a ellos sin que les importe como esto puede afectar a otras personas. Como tienen dañada el sistema de recompensa del cerebro, les hace que no piensen en los demás y lo único que les importa es satisfacer sus necesidades.
Después de que se identifica a los psicópatas, se construye una plataforma digital donde se carga toda la información de todas las personas, donde cualquier persona del mundo puede ver si una persona es psicópata o sociópata. Por ley, los psicópatas no pueden trabajar en ninguna posición de poder como tener una jefatura en cualquier organización, ya sea privada, o del Estado(y peor aun llegar a ser presiente). De esta forma, los psicópatas y sociópatas no pueden trabajar en el ejercito, ni en la policía, ni en el Estado. Un Sistema Económico Consciente, se crea dentro del Estado una institución para estudiar científicamente la razón por la cual existe este desorden de la personalidad, se estudia para ver cómo se les puede ayudar, y se estudia para ver si hay cómo reducir en el futuro el nacimiento de psicópatas.

Why psychopaths are readily promoted
Corporate psychopaths within organizations may be singled out for rapid promotion because of their polish, charm, and cool decisiveness and yet can also be singled out for rapid firing and removal.[25] They are also helped by their manipulative and bullying skills.[22] They create confusion around them (divide and rule etc.) using instrumental bullying to promote their own agenda.[26]
Psychopaths are able to maintain calm when others are reacting to normal stress and dangerous situations. Psychopaths are well versed in impression management and ingratiation, both skills that can be used to impress people in positions of power and are also obvious indications of psychopathic traits easily discerned.[27]

Boddy suggests that because of abusive supervision by corporate psychopaths, large amounts of anti-company feeling will be generated among the employees of the organisations that corporate psychopaths work in. This should result in high levels of counterproductive behaviour as employees give vent to their anger with the corporation, which they perceive to be acting through its corporate psychopathic managers in a way that is eminently unfair to them.[2]
According to a 2017 UK study, a high ranking corporate psychopath could trigger lower ranked staff to become workplace bullies as a manifestation of counterproductive work behavior.[33]
Corporate psychopath theory of the global financial crisis

Boddy makes the case that corporate psychopaths were instrumental in causing the 2007–08 global financial crisis.[25] He claims that the same corporate psychopaths who probably caused the crisis by greed and avarice are now advising government on how to get out of the crisis.[2]
Psychologist Oliver James has described the credit crunch as a “mass outbreak of corporate psychopathy which resulted in something that very nearly crashed the whole world economy.”[34]
For example, during this financial crisis, the behaviour of some key people at the top of the world’s largest banks came under scrutiny. At the time of its collapse in 2008 the Royal Bank of Scotland was the world’s fifth largest bank by market capitalisation. CEO Fred «the Shred» Goodwin was known for taking excessive risks and showing little concern for his mismanagement, which led to the bank’s collapse. Goodwin’s demeanour toward colleagues was unpredictable and he is said to have lived a luxury lifestyle while fostering a culture of fear.[35]
Renowned psychotherapist Professor Manfred F. R. Kets de Vries singled out Goodwin and former Barclays CEO Bob Diamond as exhibiting psychopathic behaviours in his working paper on the SOB, «seductive operational bully – or psychopath lite»[36]
Screening
From an organizational perspective, organizations can insulate themselves from the organizational psychopath by taking the following steps when recruiting:[18]
conduct behavioral type interview
verify information contained in the curriculum vitae
conduct reference checks
obtain work samples
carry out criminal reference checks

Most people are attracted to those with winning personalities. Psychopaths tend to have the kind of personalities that make people like them and admire them. They present themselves as our friends, and we often fall for that. They play on our emotions, and they are masters of that. By the time we discover that it was an act, the damage is done.
The media loves a shining star, especially one with charisma. Rather than the solid investigative journalism of days gone by, today the wires are focused on entertainment. Psychopathic personalities are not focused on truth and service; they are focused on presenting the kind of picture that the crowd wants. They are excellent performers, knowing exactly how to manipulate a crowd.
